I’m going out this afternoon to scout out some new locations around the area for shooting. This weekend I’m going to shoot some more and edit more photos from last week with Malinda. My website is in pretty desperate need of a face lift with new work, so hopefully I can get around to that soon. 

Yesterday I shot a press conference for DLF.TV and interviewed Mike Love of the Beach Boys. They are playing a show here in Fairfield this coming Labor Day and Mike is in town currently working with our Mayor Ed Malloy to make the concert as green as possible. Once the press conference wrapped up, all of us in the DLF.TV gang had a little fun before packing up…

After having a bit of a slump, I’ve finally been feeling creative again. I’m taking this opportunity to try and shoot my ass off and get back in the swing of things. I don’t usually like to talk too much about projects I’m about to work on because I feel like once everyone weighs in with their 2 cents, it makes me look at the work differently and it doesn’t feel like my project anymore. I like to save all that for once the work is done so I can get some constructive criticism and then go back and tweak things.

At any rate, I figured I might as well post a new photo I recently shot since it feels so good to be making art again (See following post for photo). Don’t judge too harshly just yet :) It’s the beginning of a series, I’m pretty sure.
